This presentation will focus on highlighting the new features of Drupal 6.
Though Drupal 6 has been out for about six months now, it still is not used in production yet. This means that many people have yet to really see it first hand. With the release candidates of CCK, Views, and Organic Groups just recently being contributed, Drupal 6 is starting to get to the point where we can see it being deployed in a production environment (without lots of maintenance).
This site is actually made with Drupal 6 and will use this as the case study. We will look at the new core as well as some of the following modules that are significantly different in Drupal 6:
- CCK
- Views
- Devel
